#KeyResponsibilities:
#ClientLiaison: As the main point of contact between our key customers and Pos Logistics, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a seamless operation. Your excellent communication skills and dedication will be crucial to #BuildingTrust and lasting partnerships.
#CollaborativeExcellence: Teamwork is at the core of our operations. You will collaborate with our internal operations team to meet and exceed customer KPIs. Your ability to coordinate, motivate, and drive results will be your superpower within our #OneTeam!
#KPISLAManagement: You’ll be responsible for collating and managing KPIs and SLAs toward #DelightingCustomers. Ensuring we deliver on our promises and continuously improve our services is your mission.
#ServiceExcellence: Your role also includes driving service improvements. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to identify areas for enhancement especially by #DrivingInnovation, making a real impact on our operations and service quality.
#KeyRequirements:
Experience Matters: We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the logistics industry. Your wealth of knowledge will be invaluable in this role.
Financial Acumen: Understanding P&L and logistics contracts is essential. It’s not just about the operation; it’s about making it financially sound.
Team Player: Your ability to work seamlessly with staff at all levels within our operations is crucial. You’re a team player who can lead and inspire.
Customer-Centric: To excel in this role, you need to understand market changes and customer requirements. Anticipating needs and adapting to shifts in the market will set you apart.
